WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE
I served as both an Advertising Manager and Graphic Designer, overseeing advertising reservations for over 300 real estate agents and ensuring timely communication with magazines. I created compelling graphics using Photoshop. Previously, I managed marketing campaigns, designing a range of materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content for property promotion. Additionally, I developed custom single property websites using WordPress.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
This is a custom designed trifold that was the agent used to handout at a convention to promote their business.
MAGAZINE ADS
I managed three of the magazine ads. This included selling the spots that we had open for each magazine and then creating the ads depending on the amount of spots sold. The magazines include the Park Record Real Estate, Homes and Land, and Salt Lake Magazine. These ads almost monthly and I was constantly having to make sure to communicate in order for deadlines to be met.
PARK RECORD B&W ADS
These ads were created for the Park Record newspaper in Park City and this ad would run Wednesday and Saturday. I had to sell these ad spaces to real estate agents and then come up with the design. As you can see I found a design that worked well for the space and would have to make some changes depending on what the agent wanted on the ad.
SPACES NEWS PAPER AD
These ads were created for the Spaces newspaper section that’s published every Friday in the Desert News and The Salt Lake Tribune Newspapers.
LUXURY PROPERTY MARKETING BOOKLET
This is a luxury booklet that I have created for agents to sell their 1m plus homes.
REDMAN GALLERY COLLATERAL
The Redman Gallery in Salt Lake City holds different artist each month and then has a gallery opening for the artist. For the gallery opening there is a postcard that is sent out, a Facebook post and an Instagram post.
CUSTOM WALL PRINTS
These were created to hang around the office for one of the Windermere campaigns.
